When I graduated in 2016, I was debating between La Salle U & Montclair. Things have taken a turn!
I didn’t enjoy my time at La Salle. I had two roommates who were rude, and one partied nonstop. I also had some health issues, and my grades dropped, since medical withdrawals weren’t offered. Most professors were lovely, though, and my advisor was amazing.
I’ve now made it into the Honors Program at my local community college! I’m also having a baby girl, due October 11. I made some mistakes at college, but I’ve really turned myself around.
Update: Finished the semester with one A, two B+'s, & one 79 (in math, after tons of tutoring). This was with having a baby two months into the semester. I caught up on homework the day we were released from hospital!
I’ve also decided on a different career path, but within my major: children’s counseling.
