Updated! Chance a Latina?

Hey I was wondering if I could get some input about how I'm doing so far.

Academics:
-3.75 Unweighted, 4.0 Weighted at a competitive Catholic school.
-AP Spanish Language and Honors English this year, Next year AP English, AP Spanish Lit and AP 3D (art course)
- I have no idea if my school ranks but I make the principal's honor list so I must be up there :)
- Going to have 3 ceramics classes under my belt when I graduate high school. Thinking of doing an arts supplement.

Testing:
-SAT: 1910 (590 Math, 670 Writing, 650 Critical Reading) (going to retake in June)
-ACT: 29
-Going to take Literature and Spanish with Listening Subject Tests

Extracurriculars:
-I've been in Girl Scouts for 11 years. I recieved my Gold Award helping at the Ronald McDonald House and organizing for people to come bake for them. It was lots of fun.
-I help at a mostly Latino, underpriviledged school about 3 hours a week.
-I play guitar. Not an expert but I love it. It takes up the time that I'm not doing homework ;)
-I'm in CFS (California Scholarship Federation), National Honors Society and National Art Honors Society

Other (hook?):
-California resident
-first generation Latina to go to college. I started school not knowing any english at all. My parents are immigrants from El Salvador and Bolivia.

Colleges:
