College List:

Harvard
Yale
Columbia
University of Pennsylvania
Duke
Cornell
University of Michigan

UMichigan should be virtually automatic
Duke is a good shot

anything can happen with the ivies, but you've got as nice a shot as any

obviously Cornell and UPenn are most likely, but even Harvard/Yale/Columbia seem within reach (would people agree with me in classifying bangledeshi as URM?)

that's definately something I would like confirmed. while bangladeshi's are essentially the same as indians (culturally, geographically, etc.) they are probably still underrepresented.

I dont know that we receive URM status, but i would certainly hope so.

"Job shadow a pediatric neurologist for several hours per week"

do you do this continuously? i shadowed a neurosurgeon once ( for 1 week), i was under the impression that it was a one time thing. i'm just curious, at what hospital do you shadow.

oh, and you will most likely get accepted everywhere ( not 100% though).

UMich will accept you no doubt. Harvard and Yale are reaches, as they are for everyone. The other Ivies+Duke are matches. Very strong academic profile, you have good-great ECs with leadership and USABO under your belt. Which state do you live in? You won't get URM status, nor, by the looks of it, will you need it. You may want to add Caltech to your list, it would be a good match considering your qualifications. One of the all around best applicants on this site.
