Updated Statuses.......what does this mean now?

i'm guessing everybody here (who didn't have the 'being reviewed' status before) just had it updated on 3/12....</p>

<p>what does this mean now? if a massive update has occured...are we all rejected? or all accepted...</p>

<p>one thing's for sure..we're definately not in the batch this friday...</p>

<p>anyone still in prelim review...or any other status other than 'being in review'?</p>

<p>I dont think it means much now, except that your definately not in the batch on friday.....so dont worry much till the 28th. But going by THEAjays and Quixotic ricks theory your either in Deny+ or Deny like several others on this board...</p>

<p>Either denied or in the last big wave of acceptances.</p>

<p>Which means you're in the same boat as (almost) everyone else, so don't worry.</p>

<p>If we operate under the theory, it really could mean anything. I think the first people under review were admit+. Probably almost all of the admit+ got in, or were regulated to admit-. </p>

<p>Now, many of us are review. I guess everyone now could either be an admit-, deny+, or deny-. There really is no way of telling at this point. The only difference is that one group was asked for grades, and another was not.</p>

<p>I was asked for grades; status updated on 3/4... not in the 3/12 group, and STILL on fing "received fall grades status" :(</p>

<p>lynn4eva, not everyone's status has changed to that yet. I was last updated on 2/14 as "We have received fall grades" etc and am still on it. And I honestly don't know why I haven't gone into review! 33 ACT, 4.36 GPA...WHAT IS GOING ON???</p>

sometimes i wish that the deadline for notifications (28th) was approaching later...so i can still be in the 'i haven't been accepted or rejected...so there's still hope'
but then again sometimes i get sick of depending on hope and just wanna know already. lol.
my grades are okay...3.8 GPA UW....but i'm hoping that my 'diversity' is more of an asset then my grades.</p>

well i'm half myanmar half german..
but i was thinking more along the lines of..my career in modeling as a diversity factor and me having to juggle it alongside school</p>

my friend got her status updated on 3/5 and got an email on 3/7 from DHL (express mail service) saying that she had a usc package waiting for her</p>
