I received my SAT physics score after I submitted the common app. Should I make a new account just to update one score. Should I even bother since I said I was going to take the SAT physics test in the additional info section?

You can make another version of the common app- if you go on the FAQ (of common app) they’ll tell you how to do it and it’s fairly simple. It might be worth it just since it doesn’t require that much effort, but if you don’t want to deal with having different common app versions, I would think that as long as you send the official SAT score report it won’t matter what’s on the common app.

Can’t tell from your Q if you’ve also submitted your common app for the school you want to see this score. If you want a college to consider score physics SAT II score and you’ve already sent in the common app, you can still forward your scores from College Board, but you’ll also have to notify admissions that you omitted your physics score. Tell them the number and also let them know that you are having the official scores forwarded as well.
