Cal State Apply won’t let me update my Fall grades. Individual CSU portals don’t have a to-do task requiring fall grades or page to input them.
Where can transfer applicants update Fall grades?
HOW TO UPDATE GRADES IN CSU APPLICATION:
Log in to the application: https://www2.calstate.edu/apply
Select “Academic History”
Select “Transcript Entry”
Scroll to the school(s) that need grades updated, and select “Edit”
Select the pencil icon
Change “Completion Status” from “In Progress/Planned” to “Completed”
Put in grades, and hit “Save”
Make any changes to the courses you’re taking in the current semester and hit “Save”
Review changes under “Check Status” and “Download App”
Complete any other prompts to exit
Hi @Gumbymom ! I have tried that, but the “Edit” button is greyed out.
When I preview the transcript for my CC, it says: Fall 2019 Sophomore is in progress, with no grades on the “in progress” courses.
Is my Cal State Apply page bugged?
I see conflicting information regarding updating Fall grades since in the CSU apply application handbook it states once submitted, you cannot update your application. However, the above information about updating the application is posted on the website.
Below is a link put together by Pierce college that I found and it looks like only a few CSU’s require a supplemental grade update which is separate from the original application such as CSULB.
Which CSU’s did you apply since the majority of the CSU’s will ask for transcripts for the grade update vs. the supplemental?
