Updating Grades

I kinda already posted a different version of this question, but anyways here goes.
Do you guys think it's a bad idea to update myBerkeleyApplication with my winter grades, considering I'm not able to update my TAU as well? What I mean is that since I can only update myBerkeleyApplication and not my TAU, doing so will make it so it doesn't match my TAU exactly (my TAU will say IP, while myBerkeleyApp will say an actual grade). The only reason I wanted to do so is because I took a lot of units this quarter and did well. I know they probably already reviewed my application, but let's assume they have not for the sake of this question. Thank you.

I updated myBerkeleyApplication and faxed them a letter about updating my winter grades and changing a course in my Spring schedule. You have to mail or fax a letter to report changes.

It says for transfers we must only change it in the TAU (although that is no longer possible).

Anyone else know anything about this?

"You must let UC Berkeley know, in writing, about any changes to your courses or grades by mail or fax. Please send your signed letter to:

I’m pretty sure that’s for both. I had the same question and forums from the past years said update MyBerkeleyApplication and fax/mail a letter.

Ok thanks I’ll do that. So you don’t think it will be a problem that the courses I put grades for on myBerkeleyApplication will say “In Progress” on the TAU?
