Alright, so I have a virtual interview over skype video conference this weekend. My interviewer seems to be a younger lady in her mid 20’s. So, can I expect to lean more towards a more casual type of interview? And what should I wear? I’m a guy.
Other than that, any other tips?

I’ve done several in-person and online interviews, and even for the online ones I’ve always dressed business casual. A nice collared sport shirt or button down should work, and if you plan on getting up, a pair of slacks is nice. I tend to dress more formally, so chinos might be an option too. I’d definitely go with a button down at least, though.
