<p>I also have a brother who is a rising sophomore at Penn and I would probably write my essay about him since I heard Penn takes into consideration if your sibling attends. Plus the admission counselor for Georgia really likes me(probably because of my bro). Lets say if I got that ACT up to like a 33 would I have a good shot?</p>

<p>I’m not going to judge based on your assumed ACT score because you have no idea if you’ll get it. As of now, as you know, your ACT is low for Penn. Also, on the essay front, I’d be careful about writing about your brother. It’s supposed to showcase yourself and what YOU will bring to Penn, not what your brother does.</p>
