Upenn chance?

Okay, I got in to NYU ED but I was wondering if I actually had a chance at UPENN ED. My cousin is alumni and he has a good reputation due to his success but he doesn't donate money. So would I have any chance riding on that you think?

bump obviously!

SAT’s are eh for UPenn.
But if you’ve already been accepted ED somewhere else, why are you worrying about this? Or are you just curious?

Yeah if you already got into NYU ED then you can’t apply anywhere else. In my opinon your scores are a little bit low and your EC’s are nothing special. Maybe if you get some help from your cousin you would have a chance but for now I wouldn’t count on it.

I’m just curious! But yeah, because my cousin doesn’t donate money and doesn’t plan to until he has kids (for their sake), I would only be able to use his name and that’s it. I know my SATs are low for UPenn, but I was just wondering for my other stats and whatnot.

All of your test scores are well below the middle 50% at UPenn and you don’t really have a hook, I’d say the chance is pretty slim. Then again, why are you even asking when you’re already in ED at NYU.

I’m curious to see if I actually had a chance.

Believe me, I’m very happy with NYU. I just want to see my chance.

You made a good choice applying to NYU ED, your SATs most likely would have prohibited you from getting into Penn
