You have a solid chance. Penn loves a high gpa, a solid ACT, and rigor. There will be many students with your stats admitted, and many rejected.
I don’t see any hook, so how compelling you can make your ECs sound, the strength of your essays, and the strength of your subject test scores will be very important.
I agree with what @Much2learn said. Everything else is fine except for your ECs. Make sure you present those well and show some passion. Other than that ur all set.
