I'm an International Applicant and I'm confused over how much of a chance I have of getting in to Upenn and whether I should apply for ED or not?Also,are there any colleges which offer need blind admissions for Canadian citizens because i am a Canadian Citizen.

<p>Letter of Recommendation:3;2 of them were very amazing.Didn't get the chance to read the last one.
Counselor Report:Amazing.</p>

<p>TOEFL:110(IBT)</p>

<p>A'Level Transcript: mostly As and Bs.</p>

<p>College App Essay:Still have to write it but hopefully i'll pull it off</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:-
Participation in International and National English Debating Conferences:-

•Received Outstanding Diplomacy Award in DISEC at LGSMUN2011.
•Received Outstanding Diplomacy Award in IAEA at LUMUN 2010.

•Represented my institution in a number of national debating championships.</p>

Represented my institution for 2 years in College Football Team.</p>

Relief for IDPS in Pakistan
Representative of Next Generation Pakistan.
(Done many other can't remember at the moment :P)</p>

<p>Contribution to the comprehensive college cost:$20000
Financial Aid Required:Roughly $30000</p>

<p>your SATs seem to be really good, but what happened to your CIE? and btw which school your applying?</p>

<p>What’s your rank and GPA? It’s hard to predict your chances without those two things.</p>

<p>I don’t know if you knew this, but Penn does offer need blind admissions to Canadian citizens. Penn offers need blind admissions to citizens of the USA, Canada, and Mexico.</p>

<p>Current Penn students: CAS likes participation in stuff like Debate and Music and Orchestra and stuff right? But for Wharton- you need atleast some business ec’s right?</p>

<p>Prinki, id think that any college in general looks for an all-round applicant. as in not just do a bunch of business ECs in the hope of trying to show how passionate you are. The college might think a)you’re a bit of a bore…doing stuff to just impress them b) there’s not much else you’ve got. so have a balance of everything id say. so it’s not like CAS likes ‘this’ and wharton likes ‘that’. id say music+orchestra+business for that matter’s something even stronger than just business !</p>
