<p>For those who don’t receive a likely letter, remember: only about 200 of about 2800 accepted RD applicants–or about 7%–receive them.</p>
<p>In other words, MORE THAN 90% OF ACCEPTED RD APPLICANTS DO NOT RECEIVE A LIKELY LETTER.</p>
