Deferred Wharton
Haha I don’t know how to feel

@challengefan
That made being deferred slightly less dream crushing.

Deferred congrats to all who got accepted

Accepted into SEAS!

Well, outwardly rejected. It’s unfortunate that I wasted my ED on them at this point so now my chances at other schools are majorly damaged because I can’t do their ED. Secondly I like how it says they regretfully don’t offer me admission. One of my pet peeves is sugar coating things and that is shown here. I’d rather a flat out “rejected” than a “we wish we could, but we didn’t”.

Deferred CAS

Accepted to SEAS! WOOOOOO!

I can’t log into the page and I’m getting irate.

Accepted to Wharton!

I heard Penn accepted more deferred applicants than other schools! To those deferred, keep fighting!

To those rejected, I’m sorry But whatever you do, don’t lose hope! I bet you’ll get into fantastic schools nevertheless! Good luck!

rejected CAS … i’m jusst really upset because I literally planned my whole life around this, but i’m so happy to whoever got in! Really, congrats!

I GOT IN HOLY POOP [University of Pennsylvania Acceptance Reaction - YouTube](<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube)

Hmm I applied to LSM with CAS as a backup in RD, and my portal says “The Admissions Selection Committee has chosen to defer a final decision on your application to the University of Pennsylvania until the Regular Decision date of March 27, 2014.”

Anyone know if this still means I’m in the running for LSM in RD or if I was rejected from LSM?

Blantantly rejected and I’ve never been more crushed about anything in my life. I don’t even have a second choice. I don’t know what I’m going to do other than continue crying like a *****.

Rejected. sad but I’m surprisingly okay about it. Congrats to everyone who got in.

Rejected. Totally in shock because I was expecting deferral. It bites.

On the other hand, the valedictorian from our school got rejected too, so it doesn’t feel as bad.

@bond0072 i have the same question but for M&T

Most who are accepted have hooks… Lol

damn it! I got deferred!!!

Everyone that I know got rejected (including me)! Actually kinda relieved, because now I can stay closer to home haha

Congratulations to all those that got accepted; to those deferred, know that you still have a great chance in the regular decision round. For those rejected, it’s only opening up new possibilities for you to succeed in.
As for me, I am now a proud member of the Wharton Class of 2018.
