On the above link, it states that penn is releasing decision to RD applicants on 4th April. but yale, harvard and i think all the other ivies are releasing decisions on 31st march. dont the ivies have an agreement where they must release decisions on the same date?

don't worry, decisions will be online at 5pm tomorrow.. Decisions are also being mailed tomorrow, but they'll probably not get to you till monday

trust me....you're not the only one. do we automatically get it? i mean, what's the selection process like? they didn't share a lot of details about the program...so im really confused.

As for the mayors scholarship, they give out like 40 of them. A friend of mine claims that she is the only philadelphian she knows that didn't get it, so...

the site will probly crash just so you're all aware, and it's also possible that penn might do what brown is doing, which is a staggered relase.

i.e. Brown is not releasing everyone's decision at once, they sent out e-mails the other week telling you what time to check. For me it's 6, i saw other people on the board mentioning that they had to wait untill 6:30, or 7, or 7:30.

Anyway, i would advise not trying to go on at 5pm, it's probly not gonna work, and you're just gonna go crazy.

Well, I mean..other college's sites worked when they released their decisions. For instance, Duke. They opened up at 7 pm for everyone and although it was a little slow at first, it really wasn't bad. So, I don't think it'll really matter too much. I would think that they'd just do it all at once like some of the other schools (ie. Duke) for convenience.
