No idea what the guy saying you’re definitely going to get in is talking about. You look like you check off all the boxes, but it all depends on your essays and how Penn interprets them. At all of these ivy/ high level schools admissions is a crapshoot. Like I said, you’re qualified, but that doesn’t mean you’re a lock to get in.

My UW GPA is 3.8 and I am approx. in the top 20% of my school.

You’re just as qualified as many other ED applicants and definitely have a shot. It’s a reach for everybody, though.
