Essays: Common App: 9/10- Pretty unique I hope. It’s about growing up as a twin and how that has made me truly value individuality (especially in a world where people conform rather than stay different) because people always assume we’re the same person even though we are polar opposites.
Supplement: 9/10- I’m trying to make it as specific as possible to the opportunities they offer for my major and how I want to pursue research projects under certain professors etc etc.
Teacher Recommendation: I haven’t read either of these recs, but I have had these teachers write recs for me for other things, so I am assuming they are similar.
APUSH & APEH History Teacher- 9/10 very specific about my character and my accomplishments
AP Calc AB Teacher- 11/10 very flattering, absolutely amazing
Counselor Rec: 7-8/10 - I don’t have a super tight relationship with him, but he makes you tell him every little thing you’ve achieved/done in high school so I’m assuming it will be very specific.
Additional Rec: I have the professor I conducted research under as a reference.
Interview: Haven’t had yet.
Other

Applied for Financial Aid?: I’m going to
Intended Major: Archaeological Anthropology or Philosophy, maybe a minor in Mathematics
State (if domestic applicant): FL
Country (if international applicant):
School Type: Large Public
Ethnicity: White
Gender: Female
Income Bracket: Not completely sure but I’d guess around $150,000
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): I’m a twin?

Your hook would work if your twin was also applying to Penn. Otherwise, you’ve got great ECs in sports and leadership in other activities plus solid stats. That being said, it would be in your benefit to take Math II and do well—a 720 in Math I is on the lower side of things if you’re thinking about mathematics as a minor.

For your supplement, make sure you’re familiar with CURF’s offerings.
