What do you guys think my chances are? Thanks!

*And yes, I'm applying to Wharton.
*And also yes, I'm taking SAT subject tests (math 2, US history, and literature (probably, maybe spanish)) on Nov 6. Scared!

Good EC’s but combined with low SAT Scores / GPA, and the fact that you are applying to Wharton, I’d say they reject you.

Eh. Its definitely a high reach. Low SAT score (Especially in Math which Wharton cares about) and semi low GPA for Wharton along with the fact that most Wharton applicants get 5s on BC if theyve taken it before applying. ECs arent too strong either for wharton either with the only major one in in Tennis. And the lack of interest in business doesnt help
But if Whartons your dream school, apply ED. im doing the same and i dont think i have too great a chance tbh

I mean, my stats in reading and writing are 75th percentile or higher, and my math is in range. My three recs are from the Governor of GA and two teachers, and I’m taking Multivariable calculus this year (should help?)

And governor’s honors program is a big deal in GA, I noted that on my app. Does this make anything better? haha

if you in multivariable calc there should be no reason for you to be scoring 690 on the math sat, study take pratice exams and you can deff get in the mid to high sevens.

Unfortunately the only time I can take it is in December, and that would be if I get deferred. There’s hope if I do!

Your GPA is the killer here. It’s a pretty big reach.

Would a 3.85 uw / 4.35 w GPA be much better? That’s what it will be after this semester

very low chances for Wharton: low scores + weak ECs
