<p>Hi, I am from India. My friend has applied ED to UPenn's Jerome M&T program. He has also applied for financial aid.His parents are very strict and don't let him use internet . Now His question was that -
Will UPenn give same financial aid in ED as in RD to an international or less? Will they give less aid? His parents can only provide $10000 for his college costs.</p>

<p>There is no difference between the financial aid given to ED and RD applicants. I just applied to Cornell ED and I had to submit a CSS Profile so they can give me an aid statement with my admission decision. Im sure upenn does the same</p>

<p>Your friend would definitely get all the aid he needs (if admitted). Considering what his parents would be estimated to provide, he’d probably get a VAST amount of aid. Both ED and RD students’ aid is determined through the same process, so he’d get a large amount of help in both cases. </p>

<p>They will give him the same amount of aid any other person would get, but being international he will be disadvantaged by applying for FA.</p>
