UPENN Ed only act

Ok so I am applying to UPENN ED but I havent taken my SAT II’s yet (will take on Sat.) However, wat if I dont get scores that I like and would rather not send them? Upenn says that I can send only my act in lieu of SAT I and 2 Sat II’s but does it hurt my chances if I dont send in any SAT II’s? Should I send my scores no matter wat I get?

How to they compare the ACT with the SAT2?

ok this was my same exact question almost a few threads down...

lol adidas... we're in the same boat..did u ever take the sat or sat II's?

i suggest just sending them in. cuz if ur scores are bad, admissions office just act like they didnt see it. they just look at what ur strong points are. but if ur taking the mah level 2 test, then you can leave up to 5 questioins blank and still get an 800. they dont expect you to finish all 40 questions. I only answered 35 questioins and i got an 800. but u have to get all 35 others right. oh, and the questions dont go in order from easy to hard like SAT 1s. I didn't know how to do number 2, but number 40 was finding the the perpendicular slope. that's just advice for math level 2. and the foreign language tests are hard as balls unless ur a natural speaker of the language or unless ur just bloody good at foreign language.

to ridewt:

are we really? lol this testing is stressing me out. im thinking about just sending my acts with writing (32C, 33W and 33C, 33W) to FULFILL their requirements, and then sending my SAT I just for kicks (740CR, 690M, 740W)
but i am going to skip the SAT II's this saturday and just not take them.

im taking them on sat (mathII, lit, and ushist) and i suggest u do 2 adidas. are u registered for them or are u a standby? are u applying ED? if yea, why not take the shot because its the last test score u can possibly change.
