<p>Can someone give me the low down on the best housing choices for a junior transfer at looking to boost his social circle during his first year at penn? I am looking for a place with a social atmosphere (in dorm parties, outgoing people down to have a good time), easy to integrate into and meet people, and a less % of freshman. I heard the high rises are a good choice, but i feel like people have already formed their social circles in the apartment style housing setup. What do current penn students recommend?</p>
