Draw: May get likely letter from either penn or MIT for fencing

First, you need to be much more careful about what you reveal about yourself online. If I wanted, I could very easily discover your identity in under five minutes, and just about anyone else could too. That said…

You already know this, but if you can get a likely letter from Penn or MIT (or any of the above schools), you’re in. I’m surprised by MIT though, I know for other sports at least the recruiting presence is minimal at best, and I was under the impression they didn’t offer likely letters.

Penn - With likely, 100% (clearly). Without likely but with recruiting pull, high. With no recruiting, probably around 50-50.
JHU - Same as Penn, higher chances for both of the non-likely scenarios though.
CMU - They don’t have a fencing team, do they? In that case, recruiting won’t come up, but I’d say your chances are pretty solid. You have a better chance that the average applicant here.
MIT - Similar format to Penn, but lower chances for either recruiting, no likely or no recruiting influence.
Caltech - This one probably possesses the smallest chance of any of your listed schools; you’re not going to get any tangible recruiting benefit and without that, you fit the profile of their typical applicant really, really well (Asian male, high test scores, some science ECs–though not many). Your scores don’t do anything to disqualify you, but your grades and ECs are mediocre (this would apply to Princeton, MIT, and Penn if you weren’t a recruited athlete as well) so your chances here probably aren’t spectacular.
Princeton - See MIT. Higher chances than MIT for with recruiting pull but without likely.

I hope I organized this in a way that benefits you. You’re a strong student for sure, and I can say in reasonable confidence that you will be admitted to at least a couple of these schools, if not most. Applying ED and/or obtaining a likely will boost or solidify your chances if you choose to take that path. Best of luck to you in your applications.
