UPenn or Dartmouth... help

Hey so I got into both UPenn and Dartmouth for the class of 2015. I am currently planning on being an art major or taking numerous studio art classes at the very least. I am not sure which school to accept and the deadline is approaching.... I am from London so am used to living in a city and absolutely love it but Im not sure if it would be nice to contrast coming home to london with studying in Hanover.....
please help

I chose Penn over Dartmouth. Dartmouth is very, very isolated.

I chose Dartmouth over Penn hahaha how ironic.

I chose it based on fit. I thought of myself as a city person before I visited my urban schools (Penn and Columbia) and simply just didn’t like them. I’m not sure if you visited but if you haven’t, another reason I chose Dartmouth is because it’s college has better placement on wallstreet than Penns CAS (which I don’t know why I applied to). And the undergrad focus is drool-worthy lol.

Good luck on your decision!

^ to correct you. Penn CAS Economics has as good placement as Wharton kids on Wall Street. Its a big selling point for Penn SAS, other than the sciences. You should have talked to Dean Furda and gotten the numbers before you committed.

^ LOL. This just made my day.

Anyways, Dartmouth may not be in a city, but it’s a fantastic college experience (it doesn’t have the second highest alumni donation rate in the Ivy League for no reason), and its campus life is great. Also, kids at D travel to Boston and other major cities frequently, so don’t worry about being ‘isolated’, no one at Dartmouth feels that way.
