UPenn Premed

Does UPenn have an official "Premed Program" that you apply to? If, not what school do you apply to for premed? the College of Arts and Sciences (Under a major of Biology i guess) ?

you can be premed in any curriculum you wish, as long as you fulfill all the science / math / etc. requirements.

Pre-med is simply a handful of science/math courses one needs to take in order to apply for medical school. You can be a pre-med student, and major in engineering, business, biology, music…the list goes on.

For more information on Pre-med, here’s a good place to start:

I’ve seen premeds do bio, BBB (biological bases of behavior), bioengineering…

I even met one truly masochist kid who was doing M&T for Premed.
