UVA--- high match (UVA out of state is a reach for anyone, but since you are a URM w/ decent stats, it would be easier for you to get in)
UNC CH---match (I know someone similar w/ way way lower stats)
U Penn = low-reach; up your verbal to 670+ and you will have a better chance

<p>Your grades are very good, but your test scores aren't the best (SAT I: 1970, SAT II: 670 - 750). Your SAT IIs are okay and won't need retakes. Your rigorous courseload should help compensate for your lower GPA and will definitely help when you go off to college. Your ECs, however, seem kinda skimpy, but you can counter that with leadership in FBLA and Key Club. </p>

<p>Overall, you're a good student, but your SAT I score will hurt you. Try to increase your SAT I score by at least 100 points the next time you take it. </p>
