I didn’t apply for Financial Aid, though I doubt that affects this.

If you got a “we’ve enjoyed getting to know you…” email you’re accepted.
If you got a " you’re decision will be available…" email you’re rejected/waitlisted.
It’s simple, isn’t it? Why else would they send the special ones to a select group?
Does anyone know why Upenn does not mark TOEFL score as receive?
@beaglee105 According to the instructions provided on their website, international applicants can submit the CSS Profile, OR the Penn Financial Ais Statement. 
DOn’t know about the US applicants though.
I doubt it. My stats are quite low for upenn. I only applied because my mom wanted me to. I received the email with the “we’ve enjoyed getting to know you” but i dont think i got accepted.
@Monster1997 Probably because not every applicant has to submit them? I think they only mark items required by all applicants as received. TOEFL scores would count as non-required materials

I think the email is the same for all, and all applicants will receive it soon. Don’t worry about it.
I think everyone has that comment on their emails and thanks @blazedragon !! I submitted CSS but wanted to double check. I freaked out and thought we had to submit PFAS as well :3
