Accepted UVA, BC, and honors to my safety. Deferred from penn
Accepted to ND (pre-admit Mendoza), UCB. Rejected from Stanford lol.
Applied to Wharton, but probably rejected cause of that 700 math sat 2…!
Accepted BC, Honors Miami, Wisconsin Rejected: UVA, Cal -Berkeley, UCLA, USC… Got sick in fall so my mid terms took a dive otherwise i think i would have done better.
@blessupbro I feel you I got a 600 on SAT math level 2 so I’m just waiting for my rejection. I’m a dual degree applicant
Everyone, I’m so sorry for bringing up the roaches at Penn. It’s really not as bad.
At least there are no rats…right?
@mrv819 interviews are given to applicants with alumni around their area (specifically your school area). I don’t think it means much.
@anon9362 I have a 650 SAT Math II I’m glad to finally see someone else without an 800 haha
Just notice that they don’t look for test scores. They look for people. I got 800 in all SAT subject tests I took, and with many other activities, I got rejected by MIT and Stanford and … . So don’t lose your hope bc of it.
I didn’t get an interview and i live in an area that should be populated with alumni… sad
Really anxious.
I got into UVA, waitlisted at Georgetown and ND… losing hope
Over the past 4 years I have taken 7 subject tests. I only got one score in the 700s and it was a 720, and that was my highest. Penn doesn’t allow score choice so they have allllll of the scores lol
@businessg101 as a lot of people here said interviews don’t really count so don’t lost hope!! :)>-
@businessg101 Wait, Georgetown gave out decisions already?
Subject tests and no score choice hit me hard too
If I totally didn’t submit all of my subject tests, will they find out and automatically reject me?
Maybe send the admissions police as well.
SAT subject test scores aren’t given that much importance…I have had a lot of rejections even with an 800 in each, Math2 and Physics to provide testimony for that, lol.
If SAT subject tests are optional, do people still have to send all subject test scores?
wow ahah yah im applying with a 620 math 530 reading and 670 writing and subject tests 700 chemistry and 710 math lvl 2 and my major is math but it was the time aspect that got me or else i definitely could do better but it is standardized so /: oh well haha in school my math classes have always been 95%+ so hoping that can show it is not all what is shown in the sats
i had my interview feb 21 which was so odd because it is quite late, no?hopefully thats a good sign
Does anyone know the answer to whether you have to send subject test scores? My daughter’s SATs were in range but subject tests - not so much! She is a good candidate otherwise I think. I believe she only sent subject tests to schools that required them and not to UPenn where they were optional. Would UPenn see her subject tests regardless?
