<p>Yep, ACT is low which makes your grades look inflated. I won’t say no chance, but you better have an amazing essay and amazing recs.</p>

<p>As other posters have said, your ACT seems a little low. But I believe you can pull it off! Your ECs show a true passion, and if your essays demonstrated an equal passion to UPenn, your chances no doubt are impressive.</p>

<p>Your class rank/gpa is really high and because of that it is highly unlikely you will get straight-out rejected. However, your ACT score and ECs are not TOO impressive. Yes, it is quite sad that in today’s competition even being an elected officer in your school does not mean much anymore. Colleges want people to do (positive) things that typical teenagers would not do (such as doing advanced scientific research and creating organizations to help 3rd world nations). I’d say theres about a 20 to 30% chance you’re in. However, this may be higher if your essays and recs are good. Good luck!!</p>
