@MrElonMusk yes. for penn especially, very very very few people will receive a likely letter. in fact, probably only nursing applicants (which are already few in number) will receive one.
@MaybeHarvard2022 Thanks. I guess I’ll wait and see…
Did Wharton send out likelies? Or only Nursing?
@oreocookiessss Did you get interviewed?
Congratsss!
you guys, I was wondering, is it too late to upload any additional document?
Same question as @Ebbie1
@Ebbie1 @IntApp2022 You probably could still upload something, however it is getting closer to decisions so if it’s something that could impact your application I’d suggest emailing or contacting your regional admissions counselor just to ensure that they receive it in time and review it.
@Ebbie1
Yes, I was interviewed by a nursing alumna about 2 weeks ago.
@justme2018
I think only nursing sends likelies.
it maybe that ivies are not all on the same day this year, Cornell is on 29th
@junior010 Source please for that date
@Junior010 Actually, the decision release date is in early April.
@MrElonMusk https://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/application-timelines
@Ebbie1 - many, many colleges list the “early April” as a decision date. However, if you look at lists of ACTUAL release dates for the last few years most of them release mid to late March. Very few release on April 1 and on the lists I have seen - none after April 1.
@Ebbie1 @MrElonMusk Actually, Cornell is March 30th, still not on “Ivy Day” (March 28) as some have speculated
https://admissions.cornell.edu/news/regular-decision-notification-4
@Junior010 Why though? Ughh the wait…
@MrElonMusk it’s not March 30th mate. That link says march 30th is a Thursday, yet March 30th is actually a Friday. That notification date is for last year. Most likely the 28th
@Junior010 that’s from last year… it says Thursday march 30th but that Thursday is on the 29th this year.
All Ivy League schools are required to release RD decisions on the same date.
@Junior010
3/20?.. I am having a hard time believing that Cornell will in fact break tradition (many years) of releasing decisions on the same day as other Ivy’s (Ivy day) which others have committed to do this year on 3/28.
Is there even any precedent of Cornell releasing decisions on a different day than other Ivy’s ?
So… still 3/28? I am getting so confused.
