I’ve got my backups, UCLA and Berkeley, but it would be awesome to (at least) say that I turned down an ivy acceptance to go to Berkeley haha. On the other hand, if Penn is willing to give me a good amount of financial aid, I may just be going there :D</p>

<p>is upenn transfer need blind? I know Brown freshman admissions is need blind, but yet Brown transfer admissions is need aware. Anyone know?</p>

<p>Are you allowed to apply for more than one major? Probably not. I’ll have to choose between government and PPE.</p>
<p>I have a nagging feeling that if I get in, I’m gonna get crappy financial aid and not be able to attend anyways. We’ll see…can’t wait until Thursday!</p>
<p>So, I just spoke with someone at Penn’s admissions office. He told me the majority of transfer applicants should receive a decision by this Thursday… though some will not find until a week or two later.</p>
