UPenn vs. Berkeley

<p>I am a California resident and I have been accepted at both UPenn and Berkeley. I plan on majoring in either Biology or Linguistics (depending on the strength of the school I attend, so any input on the strength of these colleges in these two areas would be appreciate). </p>

<p>As a California resident, The price of UC Berkeley is significantly cheaper. However, I am very interested in the urban atmosphere of Philadelphia. Money is an important consideration for me and I am torn on what to do!</p>

<p>If money is an important consideration, there's little question that you should choose Cal. Berkeley's Bio and Linguistics programs are both top notch.</p>
