So I've been accepted to both these universities, and I'm having hard a hard time deciding on which to settle on.
I'm planning to major in Computer Science, and both universities have close rankings. I'm also considering other options for majors.
I want to get to know both universities in more ways than just rankings so I could make an educated decision.
All suggestions are welcome.

First of all you can’t really go wrong. I think you can be assured that you will get a good CS education so you can focus on fit. I don’t know that much about Penn, so I will just mention that my daughter was a math-CS major at Brown (they have a few tracks in addition to straight up CS.) It is a quite famous dept there with an excellent grad dept you will get to know as well. She really loved it, she chose CS in sophomore year because of taking the famous CS 17/18 sequence, having previously explored physics. She did a lot of research there. Every summer, some independent study projects, and a pretty big project over a year and a half that eventually went to a big conference so she got a pub credit. She aimed for grad school and went straight into top 10 phD track. But I noticed that most of the graduating class went to work for the usual suspects and some research positions too. Some stay for the fifth year Master’s. The dept is intimate and you will work with profs and grad students. There is a variety of research topics different profs explore. She even attended the grad dept teas when she was a Sr and took a grad class or two. She was an peer advisor and was to encourage CS folk to get out of their comfort zone and explore the open curriculum. She took a couple foreign languages p/f. Did a semester abroad too.
