UPenn vs UofT for Chemical Engineering

I will be pursuing my masters in Chemical Engineering this fall and am deciding between UPenn and University of Toronto.
This is what I have come up with until now:

UPenn : Good college, ivy-league, slightly on the expensive side, great location.
UofT: Good college, really cheap compared to UPenn, decent location.

I have applied for a professional masters program at UofT and an MS at UPenn.
Any inputs which would help my decision would be much appreciated.

P.S I have an admit from USC, but I guess these two colleges would be better for Chem Eng comparatively.

Thanks

If you can reasonably afford it, I’d say UPenn would be a better option if you want to work in the US.
