UPenn(Wharton) is simply the best

…education money can buy, but how does it view international applicants, especially those applying for aid? is it as stingy as Stanford? it isn’t need blind, is it?

what. (and then some filler)

but yeah

what.

what.

penn's need blind. the average aid package last year was 26 thousand and something dollars. i just read it as i sit playing on my bloomberg terminal at the internship i got cause i GO TO WHARTON, eff yeah.

eighteenforsuck

Tell me; what in your eyes is better (with specific concentration to IB)

Economics, Harvard
Finance, Wharton

?

finance by a country mile.

You are all very confused...

Last I check (when I applied) Penn is NOT need blind when viewing international applications...

And the debate about Wharton, I am not sure exactly what the best education you can buy is...because first off, YOU DONT BUY AN EDUCATION, you EARN IT. And second, it depends on your interest. I would honestl say, Econ Harvard and Fin Wharton are equally strong degrees and when you guys get to college, it comes down to the individual as to what the fruits of your education will be, dont think that the name on your degree is what you have earned.</p>

But Penn has more Bloomberg terminals :D

Does anyone know when they have the Bloomberg certification training sessions? I've used it enough to know how it works but I'd love to have my knowledge codified in some way...

Go to one of the Bloomberg classes in their offices. I like Bloomberg as well. Particularly the put/call skews which can be rendered in 3D (strikes, vol, expiration).

Afridi, you definitely buy your education. Yes, you earn your acceptance, but there are many people who could come to Penn that can't afford it...especially internationally. People at penn are distinguished by two things a) talent b) ability or will to pay

Speaking of buying things, I got myself a 12-inch sub from Subway with turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and I don't remember what else. I didn't order a drink with it and I think this was a mistake. For some reason I can't have the sub without the drink. Maybe I was just thirsty... >.<

I have a friend like that. I think he has herpes maybe? :O

:O

JCo! How could you! You said it would be safe!
