Sooo what are my chances for UPENN or Stanford?? What do I need to do to further improve?

Wharton: Reach
Stanford: Reach

both reaches but you have a decent chance they are both incredibly selective

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1571620-will-i-get-into-any-these-transfer.html

Is there anything I am missing or should add on. I really dont have a good extracurricular that really ties my interests of business or medicine.

What can I do to make these “reach” into “match”

If you’re really asking that question, then you don’t know anything about these schools. They are reaches for everyone regardless of what you do (Penn can sometimes be a low reach if you’ve done a lot but since you’re looking at Wharton it’ll always be a reach). I’d say apply to the one you most dearly want to go to. Stanford doesn’t have a undergraduate business school and Penn has a nursing/Wharton dual degree program. Overall you don’t have anything that stands out and nobody can really TELL you what sort of EC will make your application. Best of luck

Anyone else??

You are clearly a top student but you have nothing in common with Wharton. Why don’t you apply to Upenn’s engineering or nursing schools? You seem to be more of a science person than business person.

I want to do pre-med but as for a major I want to major in business. That’s why I’m applying to Wharton. Even though I am good at science, I am very interested in math and economics. I will be taking AP Econ senior year.

…

I think you have a decent chance. Not great, but certainly not below average either.
