<p>they mail you your pin number, but they email you again when you can use the pin to access a decision. the people who have heard are adult transfers who have been out of school for atleast 5 years. i think.</p>
<p>thrills...that's right. I was accepted back in January because I am an "untraditional-aged" transfer. Penn does the adult transfer on a "rolling admissions" basis.</p>
