Does anyone know of UPenn's exact ranking based on USNews in Electrical Engineering?

I do not believe they rank EE at the undergraduate level. It is in the mid 20s at the graduate level.

Most engineering students who come to Penn have passed up higher-rated engineering programs to be there. They come for the ability to get a broader education and have interests that expand beyond the scope of engineering. They want to take liberals arts classes or business classes in addition to engineering. They want to socialize with students who are not all engineers, and view themselves as smart people who happen to be engineers, not as solely engineers.

Penn engineers do very well in the job market with the average SEAS graduate having over 2 job offers and pay levels that are 20% higher than the average engineering graduate elsewhere.
