When a supplement or somethings asks for a document to be uploaded, should I include the question? Also, should I wrote my name, bday/social security # or not?

Thanks!

bump? 10 char

You don’t need to include the question for the Common App main essay because there is a section where you indicate which prompt you are answering. As far as name, etc - when S1 applied he did add his name and bday just in case the documents got misplaced. I think S2 will do the same.

Probably not a bad idea… Although it seems like when you submit the CommonApp, each page gets your CommonApp ID and some other information printed on the top or bottom… I can’t remember which.

not necessary. when you do print off your common app the name of the student and common app id is printed at the bottom of each page - so it would seem redundant I would think. I actually think this is a change since s1 did his 2 years ago - maybe not though.
