Does anyone know if it’s acceptable to upload a document to IDOC in two parts? Ie I scanned my tax returns, which are two pages long. I can’t find a way to save them into one document, so I have one document for each page. Is it acceptable to upload it in two parts as such? I can’t find this on the IDOC website or FAQs anywhere.

This is new this year and most of us are waiting for our documents to be processed. It can’t hurt to try it, but you could check with them tomorrow. You could name the files 1040page1 and 1040page2 so they could identify them easily.

Their processing time is no where near 2-3 days. It sounds like it will be more like 2-3 weeks. I uploaded on 2/9 and they have not been processed yet.
