Hi all,

A few months ago I went to Penn and sat in on courses/met professors and became absolutely hooked with the Health and Societies program at Penn. My supplement essay certainly reflects my very strong interest with both the program and Penn in general.

Last year, I conducted an 8 page research paper on the bioethical issue of assisted suicide. I believe it was the best paper I have ever written because I genuinely enjoy bioethics. My AP lang teacher(who also wrote my rec) highlighted the essays as one of his best. If I compacted the essay into abstract form would it be beneficial to attach to my supplement in the resume section? I know bioethics is an integral part of HSOC so I figured it would demonstrate that I have had continued interest in the topic. I would assume they are looking for more life science/chem/physics research abstracts but since I have taken AP sciences I have experience with writing abstracts. I think my primary concern is that it isn't incredibly extensive research over a period of one year, but for this research paper I formulated a solution that attempted to solve the bioethical issue of assisted suicide and subsequent legislation which certainly demonstrates my academic interests.

Thanks in advance for any help!
