<p>OKAY... I need to take a prereq for my major and History 7b conflicts with my other classes... Does anyone know how hard the upper division history courses are? (specifically 124B)</p>
<p>hah, I was thinking about taking 124B as well! I heard it's a hard class, but one of the reasons I want to take was that I had the professor (Richard Abrams) for a seminar fall semester and I really liked him. Although...I might have been in the minority. I just thought he was a really interesting guy, if a bit out of touch with students of the 21st century...</p>

<p>Oh. Well, like, he expects that most students have cars, even freshmen, which is completely unrealistic. And he also gets baffled when he's trying to reschedule our class to some daytime period and we all have completely varying schedules, obviously. I think he's just a bit old-fashioned.</p>
<p>Oh. That sounds like it can be frustrating.</p>
