<p>One of my friends told asked me the other day if I would like to "block" with him and some other people next semester. He said that "blocking" was essentially reserving an entire suite in a residence hall. I've never heard of this before, and was wondering if anyone on this board has any knowledge of this practice? Is it even allowed?</p>
