what is the exact address for sending parcels via Fedex or UPS to the cadets. i saw one address which included a PO box number. i do not think these delivery services will deliver to a PO box.

2302 Cadet Dr. Suite 12
USAF Academy CO, 80840
If I am not mistaken.

You still use their box number in the address so that they can send a notice to them to pick it up. It still contains a street address to satisfy the requirement of the parcel service.

CxC Firstname Lastname
2302 Cadet Drive Box xxxx (cadet's box number)
USAF Academy, CO 80840

This is the format we have used all year and he has gotten the packages in a timely manner. Keep in mind that there is a $3 fee to pick up the package here.

Stealth_81

Stealth is correct that there is a pick up fee though I did not know it went up to $3 from $2. Like everything else, prices escalate! Glad to know the new fee as I had not heard about it. Your cadet has to take the fee with them to the package post.

Here is an idea some of us parent's use - before you seal the package up to send to your cadet, put the $3 in the very top of the packed box. Your cadet can open the box right there at the package post and give the fee to the package post and not have to worry about having the change on him/her. Just remember to coordinate this with your cadet!!!!!

Either of the above ways will work. The top one is the listed way to send stuff to the package stop.

Don't send UPS packages directly to PO boxes, as that will result in at least a weeks delay (I've made that mistake).
