Upward trend. What do you think

So im a junior, im looking back and my councilor said i have an extremely high increase in performance. I am self studying AP human Geo, AP stats and AP Psychology. She said try to get 4-5 and all the AP exams im going to take and keep getting 97 and up in these classes. I want to go to UC Berkely or UT austin. (I live in Texas) i also know UC Berkeley only calculates sophomore and junior GPA

Upward trend in grades is good. No SAT/ACT scores posted so no chances. As an OOS student, you will receive little to no financial aid at UCB so your price tage will be about $55K/year. You have a very good chance at UCB. Make sure you have some good safeties on your list since UC admissions are unpredictable.
