Hello, CC Users.
So I am an international applicant who is currently attending school in Northern VA.
I've been to three high schools and two junior high / middle schools all in different countries.

The thing is when I came to the US, the county here verified
all credits from other schools although they are all in different scale and are complicated.

So I was not worried about it today, when I found that some schools
say they require transcript (s) from all high schools (some for even middle schools)
That would mean that I need to get individual transcripts from every school although
the county here verifed all credits and put them in my transcript.

The problem, now, is that one of the schools I've attended is definitely
not going to send the transcript.

So I do not know what to do because my school counselors do not know the answer and it's going to be difficult -- impossible -- to get that transcript from one school.

I am now really worried..
Am I going to college?
What should I do.

What is the reason behind the school’s refusal to release the transcript?
They must have released it once already, if your current HS was able to verify those credits.

It’s complicated. Okay, that school is in England.
They require students to tell the school a month before they move.
So I did tell them much earlier than that and when it was about the time to move
the schools said i didn’t.

and they told me to pay the whole year school fee and I had no reason to pay that so I didnt and moved (there was nothing illegal). and then the school sort of threatened they cannot send transcript anymore.

The time I when I was moving, i was able to do that, but after that – which is now, I am certain that they will not be willing to send the transcript.

Most colleges and universities in the US will indeed expect official records from each institution that you have attended. You will need to ask that school for copies of your records. Maybe you should have your parents deal with them rather than trying to do it yourself.

It is the same thing as when you attend college. Until all tuition owed is paid, the college does not release an official transacript, even though one has completed all coursework required. I had a classmate in college who worked for Fidelity after college but it took her two years to pay the college and receive the diploma.
