Urgent AP Credit Question

Hey

If I got a 5 on AP Language last year, what's the point of taking AP Literature? It says that I need a 4 or 5 on AP Lit to get some credit on UCLA's site, but I think I already earned that credit with AP Lang.

Even if I already got this English credit, if I pass AP Lit will I get more elective credit or will I get nothing? And if so, do I just need to pass or do I need to get a 4 or 5?

Thanks so much for answering my questions.

UCLA will only count one AP English test for credit (8 units), so don’t worry about you score this time around.

You can fail AP Lit exam and it wouldn’t matter. You already satsified entry level writing exam and english 3 as well as 8 quarter units. Passing AP Lit exam won’t give you any more units or other perks

thanks!

so for sure no elective credits too?

====for sure!
