urgent: berkeley, USC or Gtown?!

Hey everyone, I really need some help here because I have to make a decision…FAST! (PLz I have less than a week to decide)
So which school do you think is better for a BUSINESS major, not only in terms of academics but also as an overall experience (i.e. QUALITY OF LIFE, connections, recruitment after graduation…)?
This is a really difficult decision so I need all the advice I can get!
So what do you think? Or what would you chose?? HAAS, Marshall or McDonough?!
... L.A, Berkeley OR D.C..? (Ok I know u get it...)
Thank you very much. :)

N.B: I know I have posted on different forums, but I seriously need all the advice I can get.

I had a similar decision. I was deciding between Gtown and USC for business. I ended up choosing USC because I want to live here on the west coast and the connections out here will be awesome locally; I can't imagine Gtown getting anywhere close as many connections out here as USC does. But then on the other hand if you want to live in DC, that reverses things.

Also if location isn't that big of a deal to you, Marshall was ranked way higher undergrad then MSB. Gtown, atleast in my opinon, was a more political school than a business school, and tends to focus more on that aspect, although thats just the feeling I got, I'm probably wrong.

As far as Berkeley, I don't know much about it, they rejected me haha. But I heard competition is incrediblely tough when you apply to get into Haas Junior Yr. If you feel like you are up to the challenge Berkeley's business is ranked higher than both USC's and Gtown's. But then again its risky, because some people don't make the cut.

Hope this helped any. I'd choose USC, but thats because I just made that decision, and im biased.

The question is simple: where do you want to live for the first ten years after college?

If you want to make it big in Business, there are really only a handful of cities that you can plan on living in: New York, LA, Chicago, Houston, Boston, Dallas, and maybe Miami.

If you go to college in one of those cities, you have a shot at making worthwile connections and getting impressive internships before you graduate. If you go to college somewhere else, you are going to face more of a struggle to find a job, and if you do find a job, you likely won't be making as much.

Marshall is a well known school. But most of all, go with your gut.

georgetown is only really good for IR, politics and stuff, since it is in DC so internship is awesome.
but for business i'd rule out georgetown and choose either berkeley or usc.
berkeley is more prestigious in my opinion, and a more prestigious and higher ranked business school (haas) than sc. though marshalls isn't trailing far behind. i'm not so sure about alumni connections, i think sc is probably stronger in that.

if you're in state i think you should choose berkeley because it's so much cheaper. but i think the sc connections can help a lot.

berkeley has some pretty impressive alumni in the business field (in fact in all field) so...i'd probably choose berkeley.

but if you want to have a lot of fun, maybe sc...but i'm sure you'll still have a lot of fun if you go to berkeley.
