As a Regents Scholar, do I get priority class registration like at other UCs for Regents (e.g. Davis)? Please respond if you know the answer or are a Regents Scholar!

Also, will there be transcript notation listed as a Regents Scholar upon my graduation in four years?

I have the same question; I looked on the handouts given to me by RCSA and it says nothing about priority registration. However, many people at my high school believe that you do, but there source is only someone from the RCSA who was conducting the initial interviews.

Basically, I'm just bumping this in an effort to get more responses.

I am Regent's and I remember reading information somewhere that we do get priority enrollment, but it's not on the RSCA website that I can find. I get really good telebear dates, so I am assuming I do. So far I haven't had a problem registering for classes at all.
One thing though, as a first year you register for Fall at CalSO and get your second pass date at CalSO, so if you have a late CalSO date, then you won't have any priority getting into classes.

IIRC, my OHP host said that they don't officially give priority probably because they can't guarantee it, but they do try to give R&C scholars an advantage behind the scenes.

I've never heard about priority registration officially, but I'm a Reagent's scholar and I got a very good appointment time . (I think it takes effect the second semester...)

I'm a Regent's freshman and I get the latest appointment times of anyone I know. I've been asked this question on Phone Bank, and I've been told by the Scholarship Coordinator that we do not get any priority, so perhaps the posters above are just some of the lucky few. =[
