Urgent: College Board email says CSS Profile incomplete but was submitted weeks ago

I got a message this morning saying that my noncustodial parent’s CSS Profile hasn’t been submitted/ is incomplete. But, he submitted and paid for it on Halloween as per his dashboard when i log in. Has anyone had this before? I’m considering calling customer service but am not sure it would help, since the site itself says it’s done. Maybe I got this email in error? HELP!

We’ve received two of the same type of emails for our daughter’s CSS app. My ex-husband called yesterday and was told that his application is complete and to not worry about the emails.

Interesting. For my son, the noncustodial Profile has not been completed yet. And some applications are past the due date. We didn’t get any message at all.

You would not have received a message. The College Board does not keep track of all college aid deadlines.

I would contact the NCP and see if this was actually done.
