<p>I think there’s an option to “create an alternate version” of the common app for a different school once you’ve submitted it to one school. (If you’ve already submitted it to College A, but want to change something for College B, there should be an option to “create an alternate version” or something like that).</p>
<p>If worst comes to worst, then you can always start a new one. I know that would be like a last resort, though.</p>
